The payment of the deposit is included in the price for the corresponding service and is a guarantee of attendance at the appointed time. In case of no show or delay by one hour, the deposit is reset to zero in favor of the Tattoo Owl.
If the client wants to cancel or reschedule the meeting without losing the deposit, then it is necessary to notify Tattoo Owl no later than 24 hours.
Products purchased online can be returned with full compensation within one month. Provided that it was not used. The integrity and appearance of the packaging must not be damaged.
If in the description of the product it is written AS IS or Final sale. Such goods cannot be exchanged or returned with monetary compensation.
For any returns, the customer must provide proof of purchase from Tattoo owl. Bring the goods to the store by first taking an SMS or email. Or send by mail at your own expense.
